| Dear Sir, This is to inform you that the 22nd AGM of the Members of the Company will be held on Tuesday, August 2nd , 2022 at 3.00 p.m. IST, through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM) facility in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, Rules framed there under and the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with MCA Circulars and SEBI Circular from time to time. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, July 27, 2022 to Tuesday, August 2nd, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM with the cut off date of as on the close of business hours on Tuesday, July 26, 2022.
