Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today have appointed Mr. Utsav Parekh (DIN 00027642) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent Director, not liable to retire by rotation) with effect from 2nd November 2022, subject to the approval of members through Postal Ballot. The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing regulations read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 are given in the enclosed Annexure A. We further confirm that the aforesaid Director is not debarred from holding the office of Directors by virtue of any order of SEBI or any other such statutory authority.
