We wish to inform you that Trading Window for the securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from October 1, 2020 in accordance with the Company''s Code to Regulate, Monitor and report trading by Employees and other connected persons as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015. The Trading Window shall be opened after passing of 48 hours of conclusion of the Board meeting, in which the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2020 shall be approved.
