This is to inform you that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed with effect from 1st January, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ending on 31st December, 2020. <BR> Accordingly all the Officers and Designated Employees (including Directors and Auditors) of the Company have been intimated not to trade in Equity Shares of the Company during the stated period. <BR>
