| FORCE MOTORS LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Friday, 12th November, 2021, at the Registered Office of the Company, through video conferencing, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2021.<BR> <BR> Further, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company by the 'Designated Persons' and their immediate relatives has already been closed w.e.f. 1st October 2021 and shall remain closed till the completion of 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2021; as per the Company's Code of Conduct under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.<BR> <BR> <BR> | |
