The Board of Directors in their meeting held today on 13th August 2022, approved appointment of following persons as an additional director in the capacity of non-executive independent director: Mr. Vallabh Bhanshali Mr. Mukesh Patel The appointments are subject to the approval of shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting.
