This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. on Thursday, November 14, 2024 has inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Half Year ended on September 30, 2024.
'The Board Meeting Commenced at 03:00 p.m. and concluded at 05:30 p.m.'
In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith a copy of the said Unaudited Financial Results along with a copy of 'Limited Review Report' issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter and Half Year ended on September 30, 2024.
