| FORTUNE INTERNATIONAL LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to captioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 12th November, 2020 at the Registered Office of the Company at 05:00 p.m. inter alia to consider and approve the standalone & Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020.<BR> <BR> Further, the Company confirms that as per Clause V of the Company's Internal Code of Conduct, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for the designated persons covered under the said code of the Company from Friday, 06th November, 2020 to Thursday, 12th November, 2020 (both days inclusive). <BR> | |
