This is to inform you that Mr. Rajnikant Sabnavis has resigned as Chief Executive Officer of the Company to come into effect from the closure of the business hours on 27th November, 2020 who shall also consequently cease to be 'Key Managerial Personnel' of the Company.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the aforesaid on record in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Regulations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulation, 2015, as amended and acknowledge receipt.
