Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/11/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. the un-audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2021;<BR> <BR> 2. the un-audited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2021.<BR> <BR> Further, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from 01 October 2021 and would remain closed till 15 November 2021 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of declaration of the above financial results of the Company.
