Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that, Mr. Vishnuprasad M has tendered his resignation as Managing Director and as a Director of the Company with effect from the closure of working hours of 16 February 2023. Consequent to the said resignation, Mr. Vishnuprasad M has ceased to be the Managing Director and Director of the Company and he also ceased to be ''Key Managerial Personnel'' and member of Committee of Directors of the Company with effect from the closure of working hours of 16 February 2023.
