With reference to above captioned subject, and pursuant to the approval dated January 07, 2022 vide Notice No. 20220107-33 received from yourself i.e BSE on Application of the Company for Listing & Trading in Equity Shares of the Company on mainboard, we are pleased to inform you & stakeholders that the Equity Shares of the Company will now be migrated & admitted to dealings on the mainboard of exchange w.e.f January 11, 2022 from SME Platform. In view of the above the trading in the Equity Shares of the Company on SME Platform will be suspended with effect from January 11, 2022.
