We would like to inform, that our Company, i.e., G M Polyplast Limited, being a company listed on the SME platform have to consider approve and adopt Half and Yearly Financial Statements (Results) and not Quarterly Financial Statements (Results). Therefore, the closure of trading window shall not be required for the Quarter ended June 30, 2022. However, the Company shall intimate any further closure of the trading Window, if any, in compliance to the Regulations and Policies, accordingly.
