| G M Polyplast Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve It is hereby brought to the notice of the prestigious exchange that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, August 12, 2022 at 03:30 P.M. at Hotel Sahara Star Nehru Road, Opp. Domestic Airport, Navpada, Vile Parle East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400099 to transact inter-alia the following businesses: 1. To consider and approve, subject to the approval of members of the Company, the increase in authorised Capital of the Company to INR 15,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Fifteen Crores Only) divided into 1,50,00,000 (One Crore Fifty Lakhs) Equity Shares of INR 10/- (Indian Rupees Ten Only) and amend the Capital Clause of the Memorandum of Association thereon. 2.
