We have received Disclosure under regulation 7(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and regulation 29 of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of shares and takeovers) Regulations, 2015 about Acquisition of 4600 Equity shares by Mr. Harwinder Singh (Part of Promoter Group).
