This is to inform you that as per the provisions of Regulation 30 and 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, The 'Trading Window' of the Company, for the designated persons, shall remain closed from 1st October, 2022 and shall reopen 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results for the Second quarter ended September 30, 2022 for financial year 2022-23 are approved by the Board and are made public.
