Pursuant to provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in accordance with the code of conduct to regulate, monitor and Report trading by Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Specified Connected Persons of the Company, the ''Trading Window'' shall remain closed w.e.f. 1st January, 2023 for the purpose of Consideration and approval of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2022. The Trading Window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2022.
