Road, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad 380006, Which Commenced at 12:30 P.M. and Concluded at 01:30 P.M. have: 1. Considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2025 in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, along with the Limited Review Report issued by Statutory Auditor. 2.
