Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in continuation to our letter dated July 02, 2022, we would like to inform you that Mr. Sharad Rustagi (DIN: 07232913) who had tendered his resignation vide letter dated June 30, 2022 has withdrawn his resignation and therefore will continue as Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company without any disruption in his tenure.
