| GALAXY CLOUD KITCHENS LIMITEDhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) and other applicable regulations, if any, of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, November 12, 2020, interalia, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020.<BR> <BR> Further, as intimated vide our letter dated September 30, 2020, the trading window pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the code of Conduct to regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by insiders for trading in listed or proposed to be listed securities was closed from October 1, 2020 and shall remain closed upto November 14, 2020 for the purpose of declaration of the above financial results of the Company. | |
