Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we inform you that having served as an independent director of the Company for more than 10 years since his initial appointment, Mr. Sushil Chandra Tripathi has decided and conveyed his resignation as an independent director of the Company effective 21st May 2019. Mr. Tripathi's present tenure was due to expire on 29th June 2019. <BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on record.
