We refer to the Un-audited Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020 submitted on 5th October, 2020 with your office pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. We regret to state that we made a typographical error in 'Other income' for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020 as '91.95'. <BR> <BR> The correct 'Other income' for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020 is '391.95'. Total income for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020 remains unchanged at '4,775.87'.<BR> <BR> Please take the above on your record.<BR>
