BOI-MLCB-AD-2021-22-129 dated 29/06/2021 and authorised Mr. Mineel Mali, Whole Time Director and/or Mr. Vinay Sharma, Chief Financial Officer of the company to sign and execute the necessary documents. <BR> <BR>
