We hereby inform you that in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Insider Trading read with Regulation 9 and Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulation, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's Equity Shares by all the Directors, Promoters, officers , Designated Employees and other connected persons such as auditors, consultants and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from Friday, January 01,2021 and will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-audited Financial Results for the third quarter ended on December 31,2020 to the Exchanges.<BR> The date of Board Meeting for approval and adoption of the Un-audited Financial Results for the third quarter ended on December 31, 2020 will be intimated to the Exchanges in due course.<BR>
