Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Brickwork Ratings India Pvt. Ltd. vide their letter no. BWR/BLR/MUM/SRC/BP/9041/2022-23 of March 23, 2023 have confirmed that all facilities have been repaid and hence they have withdrawn rating assigned to the Bank loan facility of the Company. We further inform that we have repaid all dues of Banks and Financial institutions and the Company is now no debt company.
