Ganges Securities Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 10, 2021, inter alia, to:<BR><BR>1. Approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2021; and<BR><BR>2. Recommend Dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
