The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today has inter alia approved the following:<BR> <BR> a. the Statement of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the second quarter ended September 30, 2020.<BR> <BR> A copy of the Statement of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) along with Auditors' Limited Review Report thereon is enclosed herewith for your records in pursuance of the above mentioned Regulation.<BR> <BR> b. the voluntary delisting of equity shares of the Company from The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited (CSE). The equity shares of the Company will continue to remain listed on National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited (BSE), which have nationwide terminals.<BR>
