| In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that Ministry of Defence vide its letter No. 8(32)/2019-D(Coord/DDP) dated 23 June 2022, has appointed Shri Rajeev Prakash (DIN: 08590061) as Part-Time Official Director (Government Nominee Director) on the Board of Directors of the Company in place of Shri Surendra Prasad Yadav (DIN: 02267582) who is Part-Time Official Director (Government Nominee Director) on the Board of the Company. Accordingly, Shri Surendra Prasad Yadav has relinquished the post of Part-Time Official Director (Government Nominee Director) w.e.f. 23 June 2022, and Shri Rajeev Prakash has assumed the charge of Part-Time Official Director (Government Nominee Director) of the Company w.e.f. 23 June 2022. | |
