In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that pursuance to Ministry of Defence letter No. 1/1(1)/2018/D(NS) dated 22 Jun 22 received on 23 Jun 2022, the Government has entrusted the additional charge of the post of Director (Personnel), GRSE to Cmde Hari P R, IN (Retd.), Chairman & Managing Director of the Company for a period of 03 month w.e.f. 10.06.2022 to 09.09.2022 or till the appointment of a regular incumbent to the post, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest. Accordingly, Cmde Hari P R, IN (Retd.), Chairman & Managing Director of the Company is holding the Additional Charge of the position of Director (Personnel) of the Company.
