| We wish to inform that Mr. A. K. Labh, Practicing Company Secretary of M/s. A. K. Labh & Co., Company Secretaries, Scrutinizer has submitted his report to the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company and based on his report, the result of postal ballot was declared on 25 Jun 2022. In this regard, please find enclosed the following: a) Voting Results of the business transacted in the Postal Ballot of the Company, as required under Regulation 44 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, b) The Scrutinizer''s Report dated 25 Jun 2022, pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 As per the aforesaid Scrutinizer''s Report, the Members of the Company have duly approved the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Postal Ballot dated 12 May 2022 with requisite majority. | |
