Pursuant to the Company's 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information' and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1 October, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the above Financial Results would be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
