Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with circulars issued thereunder, we wish to inform you that the
Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from trading hours of April 01, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 for all the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives.
It is requested to the designated persons and their immediate relatives to ensure compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 (including amendments thereto) and shall not trade or deal otherwise in the Company''s securities during the above period of trading window closure.
The date of the meeting of the Board to approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended and financial year ended March 31, 2025, will be intimated to you separately.
