Re-designation of Mr. Suraj Kodak (DIN: 08955363) from Additional Non- Executive Director to Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. 3. Re-designation of Mr. Vikram Ravindra Sabnis (having DIN 07224007) from Additional Non- Executive Director to Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company.
