This is with reference to our intimation dated May 28, 2025, submitted under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, regarding the appointment of Mrs. Bhagyashri Nilesh Devrale (DIN: 11128970) as an Additional Non-Executive Director by the Monitoring Committee.
We wish to clarify that there was an inadvertent typographical error in the aforementioned intimation with respect to the date of appointment ('date'). The date was incorrectly mentioned as March 10, 2025.
The correct date of appointment, as duly approved and effected by the Monitoring Committee, is May 28, 2025.
