This is in reference with our letter dated February 7, 2025, and the discussions held with the RTA and Bank officials regarding the Corporate Action for the Dividend. As the distribution of the dividend to each shareholder could not be processed due to the restriction from Bank that the payment of less than Re.1/- won''t be possible. So, as per the advice of the Bank and the RTA, the management is of the opinion that a minimum dividend of Re. 1/- should be paid and/or amount of rounding off two decimals like Rs.1.01/-, should be given considering the 3 decimals are not possible in such circumstances.
