Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company''s Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company by designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from close of business hours of June 30, 2022 till the expiry of 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2022 ('the Financial Results'). The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company will be intimated in due course.
