This is to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st January, 2025, in terms of provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015.
The Trading Window shall be opened after passing of 48 hours of conclusion of the Board Meeting, in which, the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024 shall be approved.
The date of the Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.
