Pursuant to the public announcement dated November 30, 2020 and the letter of offer dated January 8, 2021 ('Letter of Offer') in connection with the Buyback, the Tendering Period of the Buyback opened on January 19, 2021 and closed on February 2, 2021. Our Company had accordingly bought back 3,17,391 Equity Shares and the same have been extinguished on 12th February, 2021 in compliance with Regulation 11 of the SEBI (Buy-back of Securities) Regulations, 2018.
