Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(b) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we inform you that a meeting of the board of directors of the Company will be held on Friday, November 27, 2020, inter alia, to consider and approve a proposal for buyback of the equity shares of the face value of INR 10/- each of the Company including matters related/incidental thereto.<BR> <BR> Please be informed that the trading window of the Company will remain closed with effect from closures of business hours on Monday, November 23, 2020, for the purpose of the proposed buyback till the conclusion of 48 hours after the submission of the outcome of Board meeting to the stock exchanges.
