This is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report, Trading by its Designated Persons and immediate relatives of Designated Persons and in compliance with provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed with effect from Sunday, 1st January, 2023, for the purpose of consideration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2022.
