| GATI LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/10/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve <BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') as amended from time to time, notice is hereby given that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of Gati Limited is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 inter-alia to consider and approve the Un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.<BR> <BR> Further, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (PIT) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and the 'Gati Limited-Code for Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitor and Reporting of trading by insiders', the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from Friday, October 01, 2021 until the 48 hours of the conclusion of the aforesaid Board Meeting to be held on Tuesday, October 26, 2021.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the above on your record.<BR> <BR> | |
