Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and the 'Gati Limited-Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in the Securities of the Company by Designated Persons', the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from Sunday, January 01, 2023 and the trading window will open after 48 hours of announcement of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2022. The date of board meeting to consider and approve financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2022 shall be intimated separately in due course.
