| GE T&D India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 02/02/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Dear Sir, This is to inform you that in terms of Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, to consider and approve, inter-alia, the unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2021. We shall, in due course, communicate the financial results as soon as they are approved and taken on record by the Board. In compliance with 'GE T&D India Limited: Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons' please note that, the "Trading Window" has already been closed with effect from January 1, 2022 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the unaudited financial Results for the third quarter and nine months on December 31, 2021 are made public.
