This is to inform the exchange that the members of the Company have appointed M/s Rishi Sekhri & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 128216W) have been appointed as the statutory auditors of the company in the 27th Annual General Meeting held on 30th September 2021. The Statutory Auditors are appointed for a period of five years. Their term shall begin from the conclusion of the 27th Annual General Meeting and shall end at the conclusion of 32nd Annual General Meeting.<BR> The disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015 is attached herewith for your reference.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the above on record.<BR>
