Pursuant to provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons, Designated Employees, Specified Persons and their immediate relatives, will remain closed from Saturday, 1st January, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the Un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months period ended on 31st December, 2021 become generally available information. In this regard, all the personnel's as mentioned above have been advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
