This is in continuation of our letter dated 16th May 2022 informing about notice of Postal Ballot seeking approval of the members of the Corporation in respect of items set out in the said notice through remote e-voting system. We wish to inform that based on the scrutinizer report dated 16.06.2022 on the Postal Ballot, the members of the Corporation have duly passed the Special Resolutions as set out in the said Notice with requisite majority. In view of the above, please find enclosed herewith the following documents : 1. Results of voting as per the format provided under Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. 2.
