As per clause 4 of schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and company's code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by insiders, trading window for transactions in shares of the Company for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from 01st July, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited financial results of the Company for the First Quarter ended 30th June, 2022. The date of Board meeting for the consideration of Unaudited financial results of the Company for the First Quarter ended 30th June, 2022 shall be intimated in due course of time.
