Gulshan Chemfill Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020; and<BR> <BR> In view of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and in continuation to our letter dated September 30, 2020 with respect to closure of Trading Window of the Company, this is to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company has been closed from October 01, 2020 for the Company's Designated Persons and their immediate relatives and the Trading Window will be closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the said financial results.<BR> <BR> We request to kindly take the same on record. <BR>
