Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company's Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives, the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company will be closed with effect from October 1, 2020 for the Company's Designated Persons and their immediate relatives covered under the aforesaid Regulations and Code and the trading window will be closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2020.<BR> <BR> Hope the same would be found in order.<BR>
