This is to inform that, as per the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading for Designated Employees framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of consideration of un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2022, for Directors, Promoters and Designated Employees of the Company and their dependents from Thursday, 15th September 2022 till 48 hours after the announcement of the un-audited financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive).
